Shipping
Australian Orders
How long does it take for you to ship an order?
Once we receive payment, we ship immediately. I use Express Post our standard shipping service. Most orders ship out the same business day. All orders placed after 2PM on Friday through 2PM Monday will go out Monday.
What are your Shipping and handling costs:
$9.00 per order, Any quantity up to 1 kg
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international items are shipped by International Registered Post at a flat rate of AUD $23.00 per order.
It takes anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending upon the destination country. Most orders ship out the same business day.
If you live outside of Australia, please Email me before you place your order and I will send you a PaPal invoice for your order with the appropriate international shipping rate.
Return Policy
If you are not happy for any reason with your typewriter key jewelry piece, just send it back within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange, minus the shipping and handling costs.
Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error
