At Typewriter-Key-Jewelry.com, we want to make sure your are completely satisfied your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are not happy for any reason with your typewriter key jewelry piece, just send it back within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of your purchase price or exchange for an item of identical value, minus shipping and handling costs.
Please remember that all my typewriter jewelry pieces are handmade and no two pieces are exactly the same. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.
All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error.
